A Personal Journey
Susan learned about Ayurveda over thirty years ago when
she began her studies of yoga and meditation in the U.S. and India. But it was her own health problems that prompted her formal studies of Ayurvedic medicine.  Through Ayurveda she was able to regain and maintain
her health.

Ayurvedic Education and Training
Susan completed the Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist program with the California College of Ayurveda (CCA).  This is the highest level of certification available through CCA and includes an extensive internship overseen by the College.  Susan also completed the Ayurvedic Health Sciences Program through CCA and the American Institute of Vedic Studies.  She studied for eight months with Vedika Global in Berkeley, CA, and is now focusing on an integrated Yoga and Ayurveda curriculum through the American Institute of Vedic Studies.  Susan is a Practitioner Member of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA).

Ayurveda, Knowledge for Life
Susan specializes in one-on-one consultations where she assists people in effectively integrating the wisdom of Ayurveda into their day-to-day lives.
