Initial Consultation and Follow-Up            $185
This 90-minute in-depth consultation is the foundation for Ayurvedic care.  Here we look at the condition of the dhatus (tissues), agni (digestive fire), srotas (channels of circulation), ama (blockages) and ojas (immune strength).  We also determine your unique body-mind constitution (prakruti) and identify any current imbalances (vikruti).  To accomplish this we utilize a detailed interview, physical assessment, health history, and tongue and pulse Ayurvedic diagnoses.  You then receive a customized program with tools and guidance to help you regain and maintain your health and a detailed written report of findings and recommendations.  Included in your initial consultation is a follow-up appointment after two to three weeks.

This hour-long appointment is also an in-depth Ayurvedic consultation.  This option does not include a written report of findings and recommendations and follow-up appointment.

Follow-up Visit                                            $105
Here we discuss how your program is going, address any challenges or concerns and make adjustments, if indicated.  This appointment lasts from 45 minutes to one hour.

Six Months of Ayurvedic Care                   $625
Lasting, effective change happens in stages, as you gradually integrate recommendations over a period of time.  Included
in this package is:  Initial 90-minute consultation, a detailed written report of findings and recommendations, a follow-up appointment after 2-3 weeks and regular follow-ups for five months thereafter.  Also included are all herbal formulas and therapies.   This option supports your longer-term commitment to health and well-being AND you will save between $300 and $400.
