This in-depth consultation is the foundation for Ayurvedic healthcare.  Here we look at the condition of the dhatus (tissues), agni (digestive fire), srotas (channels of circulation), ama (blockages) and ojas (immune strength).  We also determine your unique body-mind constitution (prakruti) and identify any current imbalances (vikruti).  To accomplish this we utilize a detailed interview, physical assessment, health history, and tongue and pulse Ayurvedic diagnoses.  You then receive a customized program to address imbalances, with tools and guidance to help you regain and maintain your health.

Achieving and maintaining healthy digestive and immune systems are key components of Ayurvedic healthcare.

Follow-up Visit (Approx. 1 Hour)               $85
Here we discuss how your program is going, address any challenges or concerns and adjust your program or treatment if indicated.
